Evangelism is a key component of transforming your workplace. In every work environment, one must be conscious of the boundaries that put in place by those in authority, whether or not they are Christians. Keep in mind that your paid time belongs to your employer. Breaks, lunch time and after work hours are great times for sharing and witnessing to your fellow employees. Maintaining healthy, vibrant relationships with your co-workers is very important. One of your greatest tools is to pray for them and watch the Holy Spirit begin to move in their lives. Remember that work is a form of worship, so do your best as unto the Lord. Let God’s love shine through you in your labor, attitude and actions. Everything must be done God’s way or we have missed the best! In order to do this, we must first be reconciled to God. This is of utmost importance and vital to our eternal destiny. As you talk to your fellow employees about salvation through Jesus Christ, here are some points to remember: One must be born again to enter the Kingdom of God (see John 3:3). No one comes to the Father except through Jesus Christ (see John 14:6). There is a void in one’s life that can only be filled by Jesus Christ (see John 10:10). To be born again, restored and saved from sin is the greatest miracle ever known to man. It not only guarantees our place with Jesus Christ for all of eternity, but it gives us a full life with purpose and destiny right now.
Prayer for Salvation"Father, it is written in Your Word that if I call upon Your name and ask for forgiveness from sin, You will forgive me. I call on You and confess my sins, repent and receive Your forgiveness. I renounce my past life of serving Satan and close the doors to his control. I ask You to be my Savior and Lord. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is my Savior and Lord and I believe in my heart that You have raised Him from the dead. I thank You for forgiving me of all of my sins. I am now a new creation; old things have passed away. For me, all things have now become new. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen."

"So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one. Therefore I have poured out My indignation on them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; and I have recompensed their deeds on their own heads," says the Lord God (Ezek 22:30-31). Because we’ve been entrenched in the “secular versus sacred” model for so long, it can be difficult for us to view our work as a ministry and workplace believers as missionaries in the 9 to 5 Window. However, God tells us clearly that we are to glorify God in all that we do (see Col. 3:17,24). One way we can do this is through intercessory prayer, which can be characterized as an intense type of prayer for others (see Eph. 6:18; Col. 4:12), the priestly calling of all believers (see 1 Pet. 2:5; Exod. 19:6) and the Holy Spirit praying in us (see Rom. 8:26-27). Having people pray for us to fulfill our purpose and calling in our workplaces is consistent with the will of God for every individual.
When Esther's words were reported to Mordecai, he sent back this answer: "Do not think that because you are in the king's house you alone of all the Jews will escape. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?" (Esther 4:12-14)
