I don't seek relationships. Rather, I seek first the Kingdom of God and right standing with Him and He adds relationships to me. If it had been up to me, I may not have chosen some of my best relationships...
Matthew 6:33 "Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." II Corinthians 1:24 "Not that we have dominion over your faith, but are fellow workers for your joy; for by faith you stand." Ephesians 4:2 "With all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another." I don't seek relationships. Rather, I seek first the Kingdom of God and right standing with Him and He adds relationships to me. If it had been up to me, I may not have chosen some of my best relationships, but God chose them and I appreciate and thank Him for each and every one of them. His word activated really works! Take Him at His Word, expecting and believing to see. He always comes through! Praise God forever!
Prayer"Father, I am seeking first Your Kingdom and righteousness for healthy relationships to be added to me in the workplace. My trust is in You to establish and direct each and every relationship You desire for me. I choose you as Lord of my life to direct all my ways. Position me to receive all that You have for me, including healthy, God given relationships. Help me to be in right relationship with the ones you choose and to be a blessing and a friend to them."

UnderstandingYour Spiritual Authority and Responsibility
When Adam and Eve were created, God gave them authority to manage all matters on the earth. "The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD's; but the earth He has given to the children of men."111 Their sin in the garden represented a rebellious heart that desired to move from manager to owner. Satan convinced them that God was holding out on them, and he appealed to their pride to be all knowing like God.112 Each of us has an innate sin nature that wants to be the boss, not just a steward of what God has entrusted to us. However, stewardship is man's role, to represent His interests and to execute His will on earth.
"So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one. Therefore I have poured out My indignation on them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; and I have recompensed their deeds on their own heads," says the Lord God (Ezek 22:30-31). (This is an excerpt from a new manuscript by Os Hillman).
Because we've been entrenched in the "secular versus sacred" model for so long, it can be difficult for us to view our work as a ministry and workplace believers as missionaries in the 9 to 5 Window. However, God tells us clearly that we are to glorify God in all that we do (see Col. 3:17,24). One way we can do this is through intercessory prayer, which can be characterized as an intense type of prayer for others (see Eph. 6:18; Col. 4:12), the priestly calling of all believers (see 1 Pet. 2:5; Exod. 19:6) and the Holy Spirit praying in us (see Rom. 8:26-27). Having people pray for us to fulfill our purpose and calling in our workplaces is consistent with the will of God for every individual.
