Promoting Your E3 Tools

In order to make your E3 tools successful, we have developed several tools to help you get the word out about your Articles site, your Bookstore, and your TGIF daily devotional. If you do not promote your E3 tools on a consistent, ongoing basis, you will most likely NOT see the level of impact and results you desire.

1. Download this PowerPoint Slide and show it whenever your workplace believers gather together, such as a weekend church service or company-wide meeting. Add your Articles website address to the link shown at the bottom. Download slide.

2. Verbally Mention each of the 3 components to your workplace believers during a church service or when you gather together. Enthusiastically explain how they can be equipped and encouraged in their work with these resources.

3. Bulletin Inserts or Mailout Flyers are another way to get the word out. Click Here to download our E3 TGIF Church Bulletin Insert which you can place in your Church bulletins or hand out in person or mail to your list. When designing your own flyer or insert, be sure to include your MAIN website address that links to your Articles site, your Bookstore, and your TGIF signup page.

4. Place Banner Ads on Your Organization's Main Website to link visitors to your Articles site, your Bookstore, and your TGIF signup page. Various graphics are located in the control panel for your Articles site and your Bookstore site. You can access them by going to your Articles site or Bookstore site and click the "Login" link near the top. We also provide a selection of graphics to promote your TGIF Signup Page on your main website. Click here to access TGIF graphics. Be sure to include your "affiliate id" when linking to your Articles site and Bookstore. Test your links once you have added them to your main website to make sure they direct your visitors to each of your E3 services.

5. Email Your List
Send an email to your email list inviting them to visit these new sites. Explain why your organization chose to offer these services and how they can be equipped and encouraged in their work with these resources. In your email, be sure to include the link to your Articles site, your TGIF Signup page, and your Bookstore.

6. Encourage Referrals
The best form of "advertising" is word-of-mouth. Encourage your workplace believers to refer their co-workers, friends, and family to signup for TGIF at your Signup webpage. There is even a special "Tell-A-Friend" page where they can enter their friend's name and email address and an email will be sent automatically to their friend.  You can find this link just below the TGIF devotional in your TGIF email.

7. Use Email Signatures
Set up an email signature to appear at the bottom of every outgoing email you send out with links to your Articles site, your Bookstore, and your TGIF Signup webpage.  Check with your email provider for instructions on how to setup email signatures if you aren't familiar with how to do this.
